Anyone getting this spam?

Hey guys,

I got this really wierd email today from an unknown source - like I have no idea where this person got my information from to contact me, but the e-mail was well crafted and didn't go into my spam folder. The account that it came from said RobHampton@hotmail.co.uk which struck me as a little odd because I'm fairly certain that nobody uses hotmail anymore.

Here is the transcript:
Hi,

I have been asked to quote for the following job:
1500 word landing page that will sell small businesses on a digital marketing monthly service. The goal is to have the visitor enter their name, email and phone number.

Would you be interested?

What would the cost be for this kind of copy and do you have samples I can send?

What would the total cost be on this?

I'm not totally sure whether this email is legitimate because I'm never met this person before and he contacted me with absolutely no introduction requesting a quote right away. I looked up the email on google and it's actually been reported previously for sending spam - am I wasting my time even thinking about replying to this? Has anyone else on here been contacting by this email?

I know I've been pretty active on this forum recently and my email address is listed in my profile so it would be very easy for someone to target me like this.

Let me know what you guys think or if you have any insight as to the nature of this message and where this could be going.
