I was wondering how is it possible to improve the CTR for my videos and articles using solid copywriting? Any advice?

The very easiest answer - make them interesting but leave out just enough information to temp people to click.

But let's start with what your CTR is now, and what some of your videos and articles are about.

    Hi hidman,

Yes, it's absolutely possible to increase ctrs through using solid copywriting principles...

You'll find that some of the more successful article marketers are using the AIDA formula to propel the reader through the article until they get to your resource box...

If you're unsure what this is, it's basically a formula for garnering the most response from your prospects...it stands for:

Attention-where you grab your prospect's attention enough to make them begin reading the article. This is usually done with the title or the first paragraph

Interest-This is where you build on the attention and generate some interest on the part of your prospect...this is usually done in the first paragraph/introduction. For example, if you're writing an article about dog training, you may want to say something like "yadda yadda read on for some great tips on training your dog"

Desire-This is where you try to generate some desire in your prospect, preferably the desire for something that they'll get once they click on your link. For example you could mention that there are dog training guides on the market that can teach you to train your dog perfectly within 48 hours or something

Action-This is where you get them to take action, IE click on your links. There are 2 factors that govern this on the average article directory website, the first is your actual text, and the second is visuals. With your text, you want to make it as enticing as possible, telling them exactly what to do and what they will get in return. Something like "Click here for your free download of my 48 hour dog training guide" would work pretty well.

For the visual aspect, you want to draw your prospect's eye to the resource area at the bottom, and some emboldened text will work well for this. Try emboldening the last few words in your very last sentence before the resource box, and also your main keywords in the resource box. This will draw your visitor's eyes like magnets...

Hope that helps...apply this stuff and you can get a 30-40% ctr without too much hassle...
