What I'm I doing wrong with this site...

Hi Everyone,

My site is in a popular niche "paid surveys", but I own an ebook that has over 450 survey companies so I figured I promote it.

The site looks great, gets a good amount of traffic, but poor conversion. (1 sale in every 350 visitors)

Now I know "paid surveys" is a bit competitive niche but I sell the ebook very low $16.99 so I figured it would do well.

Can you give me your honest feedback on what I'm doing wrong.

    The headline is not believable.

    It just promises too much for too little, and there's too many out there promising the same.

    I know whenever I've received something like that I've deleted it immediately.

    If the reader doesn't get past the headline you've got no chance.

      I just scanned your site but this is what I think. You should give a picture of yourself and make it a little more personal. Other than that, I think you should lead them up to it from an article that is friendly or personal atleast. It just looks like a sales pitch and Im not sure if you are giving them enough information before the landing page.

    Have you looked at clickbank products in your niche that are converting well/high gravity?

    I definitely agree with putting a photo of yourself on the page, somewhere near the top so it greets your visitors.

    Add an identity to that page. Put a picture of yourself at the top and welcome the visitor - build trust

    It currently looks like a cookie-cutter site and thats not good for conversions.

    Do you have screenshots of whats inside the member's area? Include that as well. Walk the visitor through the entire process. I was a bit confusing with what to expect inside.

      Hi there

      One thing that struck me right off is a there is an inconsistency (probably for good reason) between the headline and opening sentence. $25-$150 per hour headline and opening para goes with $75 to $250 for a 25 minute survey.

      I realise that the reader should assume averages in the headline made up of various surveys paid at different rates, however they may confuse this and build a picture of inconsistency that turns them off.
