Looking To Hire A Copywriter

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to hire a copywriter for my new ebook about starting a business (legal, finance, naming, idea generation, some marketing, etc.)...

Here's what I want to do...I'm planning on selling the ebook for $9-19. I will give you (the copywriter): 1.) 100% of the profits made from the ebook (after paying affiliates...or you can find other ways to promote it) 2.) A bonus for every 100 copies you sell.

The payment will be entirely on performance. If you do a great job, this could be very profitable. Also, I'm giving you the option to add bonuses, more content, etc in any way that would increase the price - and make you more money.

I'm planning on selling this on Clickbank so there is a small transaction fee. But, the reason I'm doing this is because I want to keep the back-end, list, etc.

If anyone is interested please contact me ASAP!

Also, we will both have access to the clickbank account so you can see all the sales, stats, etc.

I'm very open to any suggestions, ideas, partnerships, or other strategies to make you and I more money.

So you're asking for someone to write copy, help create an offer, and promote your product in exchange for possible profit instead of payment?

Ever heard the old saying, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush?

I doubt you will get any decent copywriters who will agree to a deal like this. There's too many things that can go wrong with a promotion besides the copy, and if your product never makes any sales, then the copywriter never gets paid for their work.

I have to agree with Hesster on this... Sounds like a risk-free way for you to build a customer base and all the risk is on the Copywriter's end.

Good luck though, maybe someone will be willing to step up and do this for you.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. From what I've seen, there are plenty of warriors willing to work for nothing or next to nothing. For example, $2 articles, $5 press releases and things of that nature. So, it's not out of the realm of possibilty that prophet might get a taker on this offer.

Oh, I'm sure he'll get plenty of takers. Whether any of them cause fewer headaches for him than they prevent is another matter.

Well, notice I did say DECENT copywriters. I certainly would think twice about the skills of anyone who would accept a deal like this.

Generally, people looking to hire copywriters in this manner aren't in any position to be picky and usually aren't.

So you're saying that the copywriter has to do all the work (researching the market, writing the eBook, generating traffic), while you sit back and build your list?

Ever heard of the saying Quid Pro Quo?

I'm always wary of invitations like these. Fell for it once, spent considerable time, and energy on creating the copy, and never saw a red penny from my JV partner because the guy failed to do what he said he would. A fellow Warrior Forum member mind you.

    No thanks, but thanks.
Good luck with finding someone desperate enough to work for free.

You can write the best copy in the world, but if you fail to generate traffic to it, it will be as worthless as the guy's next door. What guarantees are you offering the copywriter? Is there a fail-safe net that pays him/her for the time spent on your project should the CB sales nosedive?
