"Save $100 off Hilton Hotels"

or

"How to save $400 on Priceline.com's Name Your Own Priceâ„¢"

Presuming you are their agent or affiliate, then wouldn't their terms and conditions be listed?

You really should not have a problem....
Just look at the daily TV ads for car insurance..
"Allstate can save you $$ over Gieco"...etc...

As soon as there is no falsified or downplacing information, there should be no problem with such ads.
