Looks like you've put little or no effort into this. You're asking for feedback? Start over. Find a software site or two and take some ideas from them then come back for feedback. As it stands, you have NOTHING. Good luck.

Your concern should be not in appearance of your site at this point, but in aquiring convincing copywriting so someone actually purchases your stuff.

    Best of Luck!

Content is king my friend ...

Translation: you should get some copy on there so people understand WHAT you offer before you start trying to make everything look fancy.

The perfect layout might add 25-30% more conversion rates to your existing salesletter.

The problem is you don't have a salesletter there... it's more like 3 paragraphs from an outline that does a bad job of trying to sell anything. So 25% more of 0% conversion rate (my educated guess on what it's currently converting at) is still pretty bad.

Find a copywriter that fits within your budget (or take a 1-2 months to study some basic copywriting books and write it yourself) to write your salesletter.

A decently written salesletter could easily add 300% to your current conversion rates.

    Make sense?

I think I see your problem.

You need to put yourself in the mind of your visitor that has no idea what you are saying. The small amount of copy you have likely makes sense to you but likely none whatsoever to anyone else.

You have no headline, no benefits, no guarantee, not even a decent order button. And I don't understand why I am logging in? I have not even bought anything so why would I log in?

    Best with your next effort.

I have no agenda but to help those in the same situation. This I feel will pay the bills.

    Hello Wage Mills:

Since you are selling software, I suggest including screenshots that show the interface and a video that teaches how to use the program from start to finish.

Using a case study format, include in the "start" portion (just as you do in your points) uploading to the music site. Then show exactly how to use your program and follow that with the main event--the $$ results. Finally, have your call to action. Explain how to order, your guarantee/refund policy, and how to get further assistance. Also, be sure to explain/describe any bonus (or bonuses) such as a "how to" guide for creating the music in the first place.

In other words, make the site as user friendly as possible so that a buyer knows what he/she is getting and can confidently use the software as soon as it downloads. (You should include the installation process as part of the video.) A good video will also help to decrease customer support issues. In that regard, include the operating system requirements in the text and in the video.

I would also like to see an explanation of the music site. Landing on your page may lead someone to start using it and thus to purchasing your product.

Good luck with your new business.

  • Your conversion rate would be a WHOLE lot higher if you gave away a free trial. I would also test this with another background color besides black.

You could use paypal. Just get their cc info, let them try it for free for 7 days or 30 days.

IF they dont cancel, then bill them later.

    "Soundclick Plays
    Increeaser"

Whatever that is, the words are blocking out what ever is underneath it. Looks like, "sell beats online," but really can't tell.

And in your source code is " Copyright 2009 YourSite.com." Who owns that copy/website design? Do you?

If you wanted to use that particular theme... you might like to try a video sales letter...

Then not only can you "sell" your software but demonstrate (PROOF)
How "Simple, Quick and Effective" your software is... and why people should use it.
