Which headline will grab attention and earn me millions?

Fellow Warriors,

I've followed the advice from several web sites and am spending a long time working on the headline for my landing page.

My web site offers a new way for real estate agents to reach military personnel before they show up at a base. If they follow my instructions, they will be the first person contacted by a new military member moving to the area.

So here's what I have so far:
  • How to Reach Military on the Internet and Expand Your Real Estate Business
  • The Secret to Getting Military to Contact You First
  • How to Sell Real Estate to Military and Become Wealthy
  • An Insider's View: How Military Really Search for a Home and How You can Benefit
  • How Military Look for Real Estate - It's Not What you Think
  • The Secret of Military Contacting You Before they Arrive at their Next Base
  • How to Fill your Inbox with Targeted Military Real Estate Leads

Any advice will be welcomed!

Thanks,
Casey

Love it. I'd remove the first five words though. The second part already implies it, maybe test a question version too...

Thanks guys these are really good. The "Eliminate the competition" is very tempting. Do you ever worry about being too "salesy" though? Or does that really matter?

Too "salesy"? No. A sales letter should be persuasive and not be apologetic about asking for the order. And that starts with a headline that gets their attention.

Tone and word usage are another matter. Each niche is different, so you want to speak to your prospects appropriately.

What's the conversation going on in their minds? How do they think and speak about their problem? Be as congruent with that as you can.

    All,

Thank you so much! All of these are really good. I'll probably test a few to see how they perform.

Alex, good point on not being apologetic in asking for the sale. I should probably just go for it and stop being polite.

    Thanks,
    Casey

    rookie mistake.

    take all those headlines.

    setup a split test.

    send traffic.

let the TRAFFIC tell you what works.

No one here can tell you.

There is no such a thing as the ultimate headline. You have to find something catchy but don't get hung up on it. For example, a great headline "Stop Snoring Now!" Something that makes a person stop and read it.

Split test to see which line gets more clicks / conversions.

I don't know if that sounds complicated to set up.

But it's not: it's really easy -- takes about one minute to set up.
