Need a good $7 Article Writer

I operate arbout 30 websites plus a few blogs and want to establish a relationship with a new content article writer. In order for this to be cost-effective for me I cannot pay more than $7 per article.

However I am willing to order them in batches of 10 and can offer fairly consistent orders. The articles must be all-original and exclusive to me of course and 4-5 paragraphs in length (or about 400 words).

Oh yeah - the articles must be good, written by somebody with a good command of the English language. The topics are on a wide variety of subjects but sometimes all ten will have to be on the same subject.
