I'm doing a product launch for my real estate mentoring business and I need to write a quick ebook on how to buy your first real estate investment.

What are the basic price around warrior forum? I don't need one of those $5000 offer. I'm on budget and I'll take the best offer.

I'm only planning to write a 30 page ebook like the 7dollar secret ebook. I just really suck at writing, but i'll provide all the info by recording myself over a powerpoint.

Any offers?
PM ME!

    Hi there,
I write ebooks all the time, and if you're supplying all the information, it should be a relatively easy project for me. $200.
Contact me if you have any further questions!
    Thanks.

  • FYI, this isn't copywriting... This is ghostwriting. Completely different. One matters a lot more than the other...

Exactly what she says. Writing an ebook isn't copywriting.

Copywriting means writing stuff that makes people want to buy stuff.

If you are doing the video anyway, why not publish the video for the course and have the recording transcribed?

    Much cheaper and faster.

Offering both has a greater preceived value.

    Just a thought,

Im an expert on real estate issues, having written various feasibility studies on the subject. But it seems you can do it yourself.

Although I'm a writer myself (I'll about finish an MA in English in a few months), I have to say there are other ways you might go if you can't write.

Since you already have the PowerPoint, what if you did a Camtasia video with your presentation as the visual and adding your voice as audio explaining the slides?

You could then call it a webinar and sell the product on CD or DVD, which has a higher perceived value than an ebook.

Then you really COULD need a copywriter to pen your sales letter, and when you're ready for that, PM me.

Correct. It it isn't in the book, it ain't gonna be in the copy.

Bill Bernbach said, "The magic is in the product," not in the copywriter's pen. "Advertising doesn't create a product advantage. It can only convey it...No matter how skillful you are, you can't invent a product advantage that doesn't exist."

Gary Bencivenga agrees A gifted product is mightier than a gifted pen.
