Does anyone know the correct name for the scripts that show you a different page when you first hit their site from a search engine?

For instance I think CNET use it, when you first hit their page an advert loads with a "skip ad" link next to it. This page is loaded in a DHTML style above the actual page. If you view the google cache its just the actual content page that is cached.

Another example is I think there is a vbulletin plugin that makes it so that the search engines can index your threads and posts, but when a human visits your site it shows them the login/register page.

I guess it checks the referrer value and if it sees you are coming from a keyword search displays the extra content in a hover ad style ontop of the page.

This would be ideal for a project I am working on but my attempts to find this script to buy have been fruitless. So many sites are using it that I would be very surprised if there isn't a prebuilt script somewhere for purchase.

Does anyone know of one, or the proper term for it to help my searching?

**EDIT** Oops, i posted this to copywriting forum by accident
