Clicktale program for testing

Apologies if this is really obvious to everyone, but this is the first I have heard of it. There is a site called Heatmaps, Visitor Movies, Web Analytics | Customer Experience Analytics by ClickTale which analyzes your sales page and shows you visually with heat diagrams where readers spend most of their time on a sales letter.
My client uses this and sent me his login details so I could have a look. It gives you web stats, tells you where the traffic comes from, shows you where exactly customers are scrolling, clicking and spending the longest time on the letter.
We tried this out on my sales letter and lo, behold! As everyone expects, the longest time was spent on the first third of the letter.
I thought it was pretty cool, and I can see how this would help you tweak and perfect your sales letter till you got it to where you want it to be!
