Here is a site I am working on.

What would you change on it?

It looks clean, maybe a bit over the top visually.

I'm not sure telling me I will be angry taking part
of the webinar is a good strategy.

I would assume you want those already frustrated,
    not promise more of it.

I don't want to spend time finding out about guru
lies and how I've been wasting time... (by the way.
there are more non gurus screwing people than
    actual 'gurus')

I want answers, not problems. I'd pass on this offer
    if I got it.

It looks stylish to me, but the top area is a bit long, just try to lessen the width of the header.

I agree, the stuff under the header is good..but it needs to be above the fold. Also "Biz op?" Are you talking about MLM? If so, you might want to use the terminology...more people are familiar with it.

headline and offer are all about the site owner.... who gives a f* about them? the person reading it cares about themselves.

you gotta nail that hot button.... whatever it is and convey that to the reader... WIIFM (whats in it for me)

also theres a thing called split testing.... you should prolly try it

also is this the best method to get people into your list?

Interesting Layout, more interesting that no CSS was used. That's bad SEO practice, not that google likes landing pages, I'd still use CSS for some extra love.

As for the COPY, well IM viper hit it on the head. If the prospect is angry, broke or failing at life, no need to agitate them more by reminding them. It does not frame the right mindset for me.

I'd say it has a lot of potential.
