Needed: Great Copy... Recommendations?

Hi Warriors,
My site needs some really great copy. Right now that is the thing getting in the way of a better conversion rate.
I've hired some people in the past that just didn't deliver. I was hoping some of you may know of some really great copy writers.
Preferably someone you have used yourself and are happy with.

I sell DVD makeup artistry training so I need someone who knows how to talk to women mainly.
