Hi Guys,

Can you help me with my site? www.learnpianoin30days.com

Conversion is only about 1 out of 200.

Any ideas, tips and suggestion to improve my conversion?

BTW bounce rate is 75% and time on site is around 1 minute or 1:15 to be exact.

One thing that stood out to me was the screen shot of your forum. Maybe you could update that as the current pictures shows only a few topics in each category. Seeing that may make a buyer think twice. Or have a different picture there all together if the forums still are slow.

It of course depends on where your traffic is coming from, but it seems like you are not able to create desire early enough.

It could obviously also be that your targetted keywords attract more experienced players, which obviously would make a beginners course less attractive. The reason might not be all about what you write, but who that reads it.

      THAT BEING SAID....

      From a desire-building standpoint:

      Magic is your keyword.

When you play the piano you are able to create magic. When others get into playing it might be to impress their friends, it might be because its fun, it might be to master a skill....but most of all it's because of that dream of being able to catch or create that little glimpse of magic. That moment when all clocks stops working and all you can ever do is to observe that something so out of this world that it makes your soul tingle. That moment when simplicity and complexity meets at the end of a chord. That pure flow of sound that reveal all wonders of this world within the light touch of a fingertip.

Norah jones don't create music, she creates magic. So did Chopin, Bach & Mozart.

      Get what I'm saying here?

Don't sell your piano lessons, sell the magic

        Hi thanks for the replies.

Tried the video without auto start and bounce rate was higher, Also the 30 days to play the piano is just a basic course which is just to learn the basics, there are also supplementary course after the 30 days.

I guess I also have to make some of that clear in the letter

I am one of those people who do not like autostart audio or video. You might test out not having autostart enabled. And if I were checking out your site when the family is asleep, I would not be happy.

From a copy side of things, I don't believe anyone can become a master pianist in 30 days ... just not possible. You might tone down that guarantee to make it more believable.

    1. Your market has already considered or are already taking live piano lessons. What does your program offer that live lessons can't? Why is it a better value?

    2. What's unique about it? There are a million "learn piano" resources out there. Can they skip the boring theory and jump right into the fun stuff? Does it accelerate the learning process unlike anything else on the market? It needs to be exciting, "piano lessons" just doesn't cut it.

    3. Target your demographics. Position it as the perfect at home supplement to kids already taking lessons. Or as the ideal way to learn for the busy 30-something who has always wanted to learn but can never find the time (you can learn in as little as 30 minutes a week!)

It's bland. It's the same old same old. It speaks to everyone and therefor no one. You have competition who realizes this stuff. And there are a lot of things I'm not mentioning/getting into because I don't have the time. Bottom line, you need to work on your positioning.

    Good luck!

    -Scott

P.S. You offer a free trial and don't even mention it in the copy. Work it into your offer.
