Video Sales Letters For Amazon Products ??

Has anyone tried using "IM Style" Video Sales letters to sell Amazon products as an affiliate ?

Just had the idea... so I was wondering if anyone has tried it .. and what were the results?

Any feedback will be great!

    Let me clarify.

Instead of using Presell text copy, has anyone used Videos to do the pre-selling for specific amazon products?

I'm thinking about the kind of Video Sales pages we see here in the Internet Marketing Niche.

But, instead of trying to sell your own product link it to an Amazon product.

Any thoughts on how effective something like that would be?

Sounds like it would work, but of course in order to really focus the sales effort, you would have to limit yourself to one video per single Amazon product. I can see a personal recommendation for a Kindle, for instance - a verbal testimonial - that might work.

Master Resale Rights are so versatile, and these are educational, too. All kinds of IM material. Read, sell, break up into articles, combine into bundles, and there are 250 of them, complete with MRR, here for a bargain price! I'm even throwing in the sales page. Only £37 for Warriors. http://www.250mrrproducts.com

With affiliate products - remember you're only getting a cut, not 100%. So your video would have to make up for this by converting at a much higher percentage.

I'm guessing you'd get sales with a good video to targeted prospects, but if you're using adwords or other paid traffic methods, what kind of conversion ratio do you need to break even, then make a profit?

That's a great point, Brian. Iguess I'll have to crunch the numbers on that one.
