The idea of simplicity pops up numerous times. It isn't just confined to Pitchman but all of business and engineering.

Wow. A laundry list of what's missing from the majority of products and services and IM products.

...fifteen DVDs, 67.3 hours of dull monolog, and no way to quickly find that one, 42 second tidbit you're looking to use.

    Genius.

Well personally I would pay a lot if someone could condense everything down to a 42 second tidbit, I value my time. Most product buyers are time wasters who think they are working as they delay action by going through one course after the other though, and I have to suspect refund rates would be huge.

Mass-marketable inventions need TWO qualities above all others:

    1) WIDE Consumer Appeal
    2) Instantly Understandable

If large herds of humans cannot benefit from the product,
and instantly "get" what it does, and what it's for...
...within seconds of seeing it - START OVER.
