English Native Please Come In - Is my article readable?

Hello all,
I'm Akira07,

As we know, content is an important thing to consider in a website. Without readable content the visitor will immediately close our website.

I do outsource article to local people, even so they are so confident that their writings are readable by native. Therefore, I wish to ask english native on this forum whether the following two paragraphs are easy-to-understand (readable) or no.

One of the most frequently asked questions about the OPPO is what to do if the tittles stop working or if it's temporarily locked. The first thing you need to know is that this problem generally happens because the Persistent Storage does not allow the player to load the discs. Therefore, you will have to erase the Persistent Storage and turn the BD-Live off.

In some other cases the problem might be related to the player's firmware expiration date. The majority of new movies have more modern versions of BD-JAVA, which means that if you are using an old device, the tittles will not appear. A good solution would be to get a more updated version of the firmware.

Thanks

    Hi, thanks for your opinion
But I didn't clearly understand. Which part of these paragraphs is wordy?

There is nothing in them that sounds "non English" in phrasing and I think that is what you are asking.

    Hi, thanks.
So, in simple word, do you think the writer is good enough?

Based on those 2 paragraphs, the writer is good enough. However, that's not much of a sample to judge by. In a longer article, there could be more errors.

Wordiness: The entire phrase "The first thing you need to know is that" is an example of wordiness. It could be deleted without affecting the meaning at all.

The spelling is "title", not "tittle." To native speakers, "tittle" sounds like a slang term for certain body parts.

Hi Gail, thanks for your explanation!

Anyway, however I think 2 paragraphs aren't enough to indicate whether my writer is good or no. If you don't mind, can you please check more of his paragraphs:

Both devices give users the possibility to stream movies online through Netflix. However, the OPPO 93 does not need to have an Ethernet connection to do so. It must be said, though, that it is sometimes possible to get better image quality when you don’t use a wireless connection.

The OPPO BDP-93 is here to stay and it is the perfect device for technology fans.
    Thanks!
