Sorry for my learner's question, but is copywring the same as making a sales copy?
Can someone please give me light to how to execute an assignment in this line?

    Hey jann,

    Sales pages/sales copy is the staple of copywriters.

    If a copywriter was a samurai, the sword would be their sales page. . . And no one knew how to use a sword with the skill, precision and mastery of a samurai. Catch my drift?

    It is by far not all they do, though. They also write squeeze pages, autoresponder e mails, provide marketing advice and implement strategies for their copy to be the most effective.

    Nice analogy -

    (that reminds me of John Belushi on SNL- he could have done "Samurai Copywriter" )

    I tend to think of copywriting as the content - making a sales copy as the layout.
