    Not a technique.

    Why not know more about what the person wants
    more than any other marketer?

    This way you become of greater service.

    Service seems to be out of fashion these days.

      That's a good point, but even after you know what they want, don't you still have to put on paper (or video) in a fashion so they reach the end ... as effortlessly as possible?

      And I agree, service seems to be a bit out of fashion. Most people's idea of customer service is to say "call or email if you have any questions".

    Use Richard Bayan's Words That Sell. I love that book.

    I have found that the best resource for copy flow is Joe Vitale's Hypnotic Writing Swipe File.

        Start keeping your own list of words you find in good sales letters that helps the flow of copy.

        For example, I started using the phrase "Here's the deal" in some of my copy after I saw Carlton using this phrase a lot in his sales letters.

        I use the phrase, "Here's a fact for you:" in my copy. It keeps it moving.

        Also use questions. Very powerful.

        For example:

        "Ask yourself this question, "How much money do you want to make as a copywriter this year?"

          Good tidbits, especially about the questions. Some questions you can't help but reading the next line, just to find out if its good or garbage.
