Copywriting and Clickbank's New Sales Page Guidelines

Hey everyone..

I'm in a sticky situation. I purchased a really good copywriting course and I implemented it on my new sales page. It was a really good sales page that I was sure was going to sell like hot cakes..

Then, I submitted it to CB and they made me remove A LOT of the good content.

My questions are 2 fold..

1. Is there a education course out there yet that deals with copywriting that coinsides with the new FTC and clickbank guidelines.

2. Is there anywhere I can hire someone to make a sales page for me using these new FTC and clickbank guidelines?

How much can I expect to pay?

Thanks in advance,

Fergal

If I may ask... what was the "good content" you had to remove? Was it bank account screen shot's, testimonials, income claims?

Clickbank does not want to have to do this... it's just a classic example of our government regulating on business. Nothing out of the ordinary (but still very disappointing).

Dude - The FTC guidelines aren't that hard to follow.

1: The money back guarantee issue isn't an FTC issue, it's a Clickbank issue. Every publisher has to offer the same guarantee, no more no less. You can't get creative with Clickbank on the refund policy.

2: Don't make claims you can't substantiate. All claims must be based on typical results, not atypical exceptional circumstances. I don't know what you're curing, but you're probably not curing it in 3 hours 50%+ of the time.

Just read the new guidelines. They're pretty easy to understand. Then follow them. You don't need a course.

Yep that pretty much sums it up.
