That appeared when I submitted my last article at EzineArticles.
Any idea what that means, beyond obvious?

    What level are you? If you are a basic writer then you can only submitt 10 articles. once those 10 articles are approved you can click on the basic level on the left side towards the top. there it will give you an option to level up/upgrade. You can go check it now if you want. then you will either go to basic plus, which gives you 25 more articles or premium which gives you unlimited. PM me if you have any more questions

    They have to have some level of quality control on Ezine or people would just create and account and spam out 1000 junk articles with linkbacks. I'm sure you aren't doing that, but you have to prove your writing at the basic level like Kaden said.
