Ad Copy for MOBILE DEVICE sites ( cell phones etc )

This may become one of the most important topics here in the near future.
( Not this thread, specifically, but the TOPIC. )

We have all spent so much time learning and testing
good website ad copy, optimized for "computers".

We've seen and argued for and against the long "sales letter" type pages,
the multiple short pages ( everything above the fold ) and video sales pages.

We've tested different colors and buy buttons, etc etc

But now, if some of us are starting to see decline in sales for good
products, could it be that it is merely because people are not visiting
our sites on a PC anymore, and that we have not made their purchase
POSSIBLE or EASY with a mobile devlce? ( iPhone, SmartPhone, etc ) ???

If so, what does a GOOD mobile sales site LOOK LIKE?
Is the copy the same or are they bare bones, no video, two color,
no graphics, etc?

Who is the local guru for mobile sites?

What does YOUR mobile site look like?
( Please do post a link for cause, since it is per request and relevant to
the thread, I don't think you will get in too much trouble )

Do you HAVE a mobile aspect to your big money sites yet?
If not, are you experiencing a slow decline in sales over past 2 years?

I think it would be more than likely that video letters would be the way to go if you were worried about mobile users.

Especially considering most mobiles and new gadgets would be obsolete in the eyes of most consumers if it couldnt play video.

A long form sales letter on a 3 inch screen might be a bit too much. But then again, who knows.
