No Pricing On Sales Page? Just ORDER NOW?

Hey Guys,

I have another thread for the critiquing of my sales page for my article service:

http://reidwriting.com/article-writing

This is more of a specific question:

I was thinking about leaving out the pricing on the Sales page itself and just having a big 'ORDER NOW' button at the bottom which would then take them to an order page with the pricing...

The reason I wanted to do this is because i like the great big order button but am I shooting myself in the foot here? Is it better to just get the price infront of people at the end of the letter?

I am going to do some split testing but I thought I'd ask here cause I know there must be someone with some experience in this!

Cheers,

Rob

The rule of thumb is that you "hide" the price if you are
selling an expensive product and "show off" the price
if you are selling at bargain prices.

For your pricing levels I don't see any virtue of requiring
an extra step to find out the price. Your prices are
within the standard range of other article writing
    services.

It can "sort of" give you an idea if it's your offer or the price that is turning them off.

If no one clicks to see the price then its your offer...

If you have a ton of people clicking but everyone abandons the cart then they "might" have an issue with your price.

So it can be a tool for testing offers and prices but its not scientific because you are going to get people like me that just want to see your price point and didn't plan on buying anyway.

threads like this crack me up.... its an instant tell tale sign that the person doesn't "get it"

you're not in the business of being a psychic... do you know what will convert better?

    no.

there's this thing direct response marketers do... its called split testing... maybe you've heard of it? lol

you gotta test it and let your audience/customers tell you (with their wallets) what works.
