I would suggest you to hire a cheap writer somewhere, and once you have a broken, dreary crap done, you can post it here for us to fine-tune that. We can help you with that for free, no worries!

from what you wrote:

1. i want to believe you want to hire a copywriter, if yes, there are a copywriters you can hire on the warriors for hire section and for a few hundred bucks. this will utimately save you time and efforts. i am sure some of them would give you a discount if you are hiring them for more than a single project

2. i will go with mark andrews if you still want to write the copies for yourself

Mark's suggestion would be a great place to start, if you are willing to commit the time and effort into creating your own copy. You can always come back to the copywriting forum and ask for a critique of your first effort, but be prepared - people here are brutally honest. It pays to leave ego at the door and take to heart only the constructive criticism.

If you're looking for someone to do the work for you on a tight budget, I suggest speaking to some of the new, hungry copywriters, or just throwing a budget out there. You may get some bites from people willing to help you out. Or you can make arrangements with someone to edit your copy rather than write it for you, which might save some cash. Basically, get creative with it. And definitely keep looking in this forum - plenty of people can and do help entrepreneurs.

It can be tough to get some really great copywriting done if you're on a tight budget. Just look around, however, and you can probably find a good deal. You can also contact some of the better copywriters and see if they'd be willing to work out some sort of deal.

You can always try to write it yourself but this can be rather tricky if you don't have any experience with it. A lot of people think they can just read something about copywriting and then produce good copy but this isn't true. You really need to have a good understanding of persuasion and why it works before you can write persuasively. There really is a lot to consider when producing good sales copy, it's definitely an art.

Is there no easy rinse and repeat shortcut to great copywriting....I need help I want to start selling some of my ideas, but I know that no matter how great my strategies are, that they can help no one if they never see them. With that said I need to learn super copywritng skills. Any suggestions?

perhaps a little shortcut is the use of softwares eg. the salesletter creator software.

aside that, as previously suggested;

if you have the time learn copywriting.

if you dont have the time hire one

There are a number of websites that offers you the services of good writers who work on relatively low Budget. Try to go with the Asian writers, as they charge way much less as compared to the natives and are able to come up with the finest copywriting jobs as well!
