Best "Get Out"...

Thought this was a brilliant disclaimer on Mr Kerns latest email.

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY,
WE BOTH KNOW DAMN GOOD AND WELL
THAT JUST BECAUSE BRENDON MADE A BUNCH
OF MONEY DOESN'T MEAN (OR IMPLY) THAT
THE SAME WILL HAPPEN TO YOU OR ANYBODY
ELSE.

THERE IS NO PRODUCT, WEBINAR, SEMINAR, GURU,
COACHING PROGRAM, POTION, OR ANYTHING
ELSE THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL.

YOU HAVE TO WORK LIKE A PSYCHOTIC ANIMAL
...RELENTLESSLY REACHING FOR YOUR GOALS.

THE ONLY GUARANTEE YOU CAN COUNT ON
IS THIS: YOU WILL EXPERIENCE HARSHIP.
YOU WILL EXPERIENCE FAILURE. YOU WILL
EXPERIENCE DISAPPOINTMENT.

IT IS IN THE MOMENTS THAT YOU GET UP,
BRUSH YOURSELF OFF, AND CLIMB BACK INTO
THE RING TO CONTINUE FIGHTING THAT YOU WILL
FIND SUCCESS.

IF THIS IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU, GET OFF MY
LIST.

lolol

Been years, but he's still the same Kern. My
only issue lies on that devastating wall of
capital letters.

My eyes, oh, god.

The power of a following, I guess.

Care to share what you found so brilliant about it?

It's a lot more fun than the usual "get outs"

Which are usually boring legalise copy, densely typed, trying to be hidden - desperately hoping not to be noticed.

In all things IM - you've got to have disclaimers - so why not use them properly. And be real.

I think it gets more genuine sales. And reduces the orders and inevitiable refunds from the "money for nothing brigades"

This one has personality, humour and empathy - even with the caps, it's meant to be read.

And it's honest.

P.S. Ray, I realize you may not have been thrilled with the line "for the love of all that is holy" but I don't think it was ever intended to be offensive to anyones religion.

Not really my point at all. I just thought that your post was too much
of a teaser and left us hanging. Now that you gave your explanations
then my mind can rest. :)

For sure, the points you made are valid.

I do love Kern's bravado.

By any chance, do you any of you know of where I can get on his list?

He makes it so hard to buy his products even though I'm sure there are thousands of people out there clawing their hair out because it's impossible to get them anymore.
