Yes, I've gone through the checklist and I'm doing my absolute best to bring it up to standards.

launching this very soon as a product....any TIPS would be incredibly appreciated.

I don't have time for a full critique right now.

One big thing jumps out...you might have a serious copyright infringement on your hands with the use the Dummies name, logo and look.

    Check that out carefully.

As Thomas mentioned, I'd definitely be wary of using another company's copyrighted material. I'm quite direct when critiquing so no insult intended in the following notes:

    - The layout feels sloppy. You have four headings. You generally want to mention limited/time sensitive offers at the end of the page after you've built up excitement, otherwise the reader just wonders, "So what?" I'd go with the title in red (the most direct and descriptive) because the rest is overwhelming, distracting fluff.

    - Who is your audience? Assuming people know what PLR material is, you spend too much time in the intro talking about the same tired story every other internet marketer leads with. What makes you different, what does this have to do with bettering what I might already know about PLR, what if I'm not creating a new business? Will this benefit me and why? You're lacking details.

    - The issue is stressed in the following letter. I really don't feel like putting trust in you, because what am I working with? A guy that studied... something, on his own, got out of college and supposedly made some cash. How did you do it? What did you study? What are the EXACT NUMBERS relating to your success? I.e. "I made over $50,000 in the first five months after I left college using the techniques I want to share with you!" The lack of specifics makes me feel everything's made-up.

    - The guide is "custom designed"? What on earth does that mean? Again, you need more explanation. What can I expect to learn in the book? Does it teach me how to make and sell e-books? Can I learn about article rights and how to make the most out of them? I have no clue what sort of information you're offering and how it could be of use to me.

    - The module descriptions do a slightly better job of filling the reader in, but they don't make me want to buy. Too focused on features and not what they can do for the customer - i.e. "So I'll learn about reselling my product, but why should I care?" And you should respond: "To make more money and save time, of course!"

    - I'm assuming this isn't finished yet because the testimonial sections are blank. Don't wait for someone to buy this in order to get one, lend it out to people and get the real deal, otherwise you'll be waiting a long time. The shinier reputation they have, the better.

    - Lack of proof further down the page as well... "The market is wide open! This is all you need to make money online!" Really? I'd actually say it's quite competitive and requires a lot of learning - and you know what? Most folks are wising up to that as well. This sounds like snake oil because there aren't any get rich fast schemes that rely on a few shallow tips about "selling online" (Where? Using what method?) and "getting an exciting product" (What if I WANT to invest in my own product development? Everyone tells me their advice will make my product sell, how are you different?) etc.

Overall you may have a wonderful product, but I know nothing about it, why it might work for me and how it's any different from the junk some people are trying to market as a miracle cure. Seriously, for a product like this, your audience's skepticism is already going to be extremely high. Rely a little less on emotion (they've already been abused on that front) and more on strong, verifiable facts.
