Secrets of Closing Sales by Charles B Roth
I was able to track down a 2nd Edition copy from 1947.
This is a book that Frank Bettger recommends at the end of How I Raised Myself From Failure to Success in Selling.
It's a really interesting book that talks about the fear that takes over the prospect's mind when the buying decision begins to take place.
The prospect's personality literally changes and they need reassurance.
The book goes into ways to dissolve the fear in your prospect's mind about pricing, whether her they're getting ripped off, etc, all at the time of purchase.
I've gotten some excellent copy ideas from it so far.
Just thought I'd give you a heads up about this book, but I don't think it will be easy for you to track down an early edition... And apparently the later editions are watered down.
