Quotation Marks

Add them into your headlines. If you look at who has them in their subject line in the copywriting forum, you'll see it's about 1/10 posts. And they are probably the ones you click!

    Not for me. When I see unnecessary quotation marks, I immediately think about whether I should submit a picture to the "Blog" of "Unnecessary" Quotation Marks.

    You can take it a step further than Steve's example by "attributing" the quote with the person's name at the bottom right, usually the product creator but it could be a testimonial.

    And consider adding their signature and photo too.

    The more you can make it seem like it's being said by a real person, rather than just marketing noise, the better.
