Anyone Familiar with oDesk?

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and it was suggested that I look into this company. I did and am negotiating an hourly wage for some outsourcing.

Anyone have good or bad experience?

    Alan, I've used Odesk for three projects now - one was a set of blog posts, one was some internet research and compilation of a report, and one was some virtual assistant type work.

    I was really happy with the people who did the work for me. My writers were native English speakers from the US, and they wrote well. That's not a huge sample size, but I'd be happy to use Odesk again.

    Hi,

    I am very much familiar with oDesk in fact I have several projects out there. It is really nice working out there. In my experience the worst experience that I got from oDesk is I was being candidacy ended but it doesnt end there. The more you are very willing to undergo such trainings. And you must also meet all qualification from each job openings that buyers just posted. My job works there are all hourly. Those projects were social networking, data entry with research, forum poster 2. I am a provider for each company.
