How to best deliver a WSO sales letter to clients?

I was wondering how you guys usually deliver a WSO sales letter if you have been given the assignment to write one.

With Clickbank sales letters it's clear - you just send your html file with the images, css and whatever to the client. He doesn't have to change much.

But with the WSO it's another story.

So, do you write it in HTML and then just send it to the client and tell him he needs to make a picture of it or manually copy&paste it to bbcode. Or you do something else?

Appreciate your answers.

Determine your client's expectations before taking the assignment.

Normally, converting HTML to BB code does not fall within a copywriter's area of responsibility.

As an aside, the free FireShot plugin for the Firefox browser does an excellent job of converting a web page to PNG, JPG, GIF, or BMP.

I send my assignments as a word document so my
client can then send it to their designer.

I never had to had to design and format a sales letter
for any of my clients. They usually have a designer that
    does that.

I guess I've just been getting lucky so far

The OP asked about a WSO sales letter, not a "regular" sales letter.

That said, if you're not participating in the design of a regular sales letter, you're leaving visual persuasion elements in the hands of your client. Not necessarily a good idea.

"Snag It" does the same full-screen capture for non-Mac users like me.

I've been doing my WSO sales letters 100% Photoshop. Just make the whole thing an image. Then the possibilities are endless.
