It looks like you are protecting children from ghosts that are on Facebook and Twitter.

So, direct answer: No, it is not immediately obvious what you are doing.

I have no clue what kind of ghosts you are talking about.

I would put a "from predators" in the headline. This would make it more clear upon opening your site.

Or "from ghosts," if that indeed is what you fear.
