1 million circulation newspaper media buy: Ad Copy???

Hey guys I have recently been accepted to two pay per call networks

I am going to test on of the network's highest grossing offer.

it is a dentist offer where you call in and the rep helps people find a local dentist for them.

It is converting at a 50% conversion rate with a $7 payout @ 60 seconds.

the ad copy restrictions: 5 line ad with max 18 characters per line. You cant use the word "free" unless you say, "Free Matching Service".

I have been struggling with which way to go with this ad.

I need something that stands out and I'm not a copywriter so was seeing if you could come up with some suggestions.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with something like,
"Jacked up teeth? Here's your solution...ect.

Any suggestions would be wonderful.

PS- I'm not asking for you to write me a whole ad for me, im just looking for some direction. Thanks!

PSS - also know, this is an ad in the classifieds section.

The best thing you can do is put yourself out there.

Spangler is asking because he's wondering if you've crunched the numbers to see if this is worth doing.

What section or category of the classifieds will you put it in?

Im just wondering who looks in the classifieds to find a dentist?
Seems like they would go to yellow pages, google or some other way.

I wonder if the best written ad in the world will get
52 people to call/ At 50 percent thats 26 to stay on for 60 seconds
    you need to break even.

The payout seems pretty shoddy in my opinion.

That's why I will probably end up testing with a smaller ad first. I'm still looking for some direction with the copy.

Just curious if you have looked at some of the PPC ads on Google/Bing/etc. to get some ideas for copy/keywords currently being used online. I just did a "city dentistry" check and saw quite a few ads.

The reviews might also give some ideas of what people are looking for and consider to be important.

The problem is, the medium. 1 million sounds like a lot but people don't read Thrifty Nickels to find dentists.
