I Would Like To Learn Anyone want To teach Me?

Hi guys and gals,

I completely understand the virtue of using a good copywriter and the value of testing different copy.

I would however like to learn more about copywriting myself as the subject fascinates me. Do any of you know of anywhere where I can learn the skills necessary?

Any of you willing to teach me?

if so I am as they say "All yours!"

    Go here:
    The Gary Halbert Letter

There's an education and then some on those pages.

First Lesson: Copywriters -- at least the majority you want to learn from anyway -- are mercenaries. Wanna Learn? Bring something to the table. Money is usually a good first choice, but not always.

You going out there, learning (and I'm not going to post a list, you should post a list of what you've picked up on your own), then ask. FYI the forum has about 500 similar posts, with long lists ...and a search function.

Try demonstrating you're willing to learn by finding books you should be reading ...then reading 'em.

I'm willing to spoon feed people. I draw the line when they expect me to chew for them.

I have a bunch of articles on this topic. Here's one. How to Find the “Selling Story” Buried in Your Business

Thanks Tinkerbell that gave me a good insight into what I need to be lookingat.

Perhaps now I have a bench mark by which to gauge the books that other contributors helpfully suggested against.

Any advice like this i will gladly watch out for in the future, once again thanks for being constructive.
