You can hire a pro or you can try to write the copy yourself.
If doing it yourself, read the recommended copywriting books
thread and buy and read several of the books. You will
at least have a fighting chance that way.

    Hi Blillard,

Loren's right on the money there.

You need to think about how much
time and effort you've invested in
the project, and then think about
what you want the outcome to be.

Do you personally have the skills
to make it a success by writing
    your own sales copy?

    If you're selling a $7 ebook, you
may well find that you can sell
    adequate amounts with copy
    you put together yourself.

But if you're looking to make
    some serious money, chances
are you're going to need to hire
    someone.

If you've got a pro on your team,
they're going to give you a much
    better shot at getting high
conversions and bringing in the cash.

    Hope that helps you some?

A good copywriter is worth investing in. However, if you want to do it yourself then just remember there are a couple of "key ingredients" you must remember to include.
    1) Good headline
    2) Create imagination and allow reader to see what is possible for them
    3) Use bullet points when trying to list the benefits of what you have to offer - makes it far easier to read
    4) Have testimonies if possible
    5) Have a call to action and make sure your buy button can be easily accessible!

All the best with your efforts.

Just so as they know the local slang which is required in this particular copy?

      Thank you

Kyle Tully, Brian Cassingena, Hugh Thyer... 3 Australian copywriters I know.

The easiest option is to hire a copywriter. This is what I do every time I need bunch of copies and articles. You can start looking a Elance.com or Getafreelancer.com. There are a bunch of freelance writers there.

I don't know of any good copywriters who get work off elance.

Elance is a "flea market" mentality and good copywriters charge a lot. There aren't many decent copywriters who charge less than a couple of grand a letter.

I don't know how much copy Kyle is writing lately - I know he's doing a lot of his own stuff - but he is an excellent Aussie copywriter (and is a real straight shooter, which I really dig about him - all business).
