I am working on page/email that will highlight the benefits of a standard account and a premium one.
Standard account is free for 12 months (and then very cheap onwards, $5 per year or something). After the list of benefits there will be a link to sign up form.
Premium account is $$$ and includes the benefits of standard plus extras. At the end of the list is a link to paypal ;-)

What is the technical name for this type of page? I am looking for someone to do graphics/layout and tidy up the wording for it and dont know the term.

Where can i find good examples of something like this to get me started?

You're asking for two different skill sets:

    1. Sales copy
    2. Web design
