    I could write a book on this. In fact, I should. I get love and hate mail all the time.

      Well, when you use a word that's offensive to so many people you'll get that.

      So put on your big boy pants and quit your whining.

      As far as pretend copywriters as you call them...this isn't a field that requires a college education so anyone can jump on board. As long as they're making money and happy why should you start deciding who is and who isn't?

        Well it's not a word on its own, is it. Its three little words. Just like "The Grammar Nazi" or "The Spelling Nazi". And in this context if you find it so offensive you're 60 years off the pace.

        If a Jewish comedian with Jewish writers can have a huge MAINSTREAM TV hit using that word ...

        Once again it's all about context. "The Soup Nazi" is a moniker applied to a chef passionate about his soup.

        "The Copy Nazi" is a moniker applied to a copywriter passionate about his copy.

        As for "pretend copywriters"...I think you can guess who I'm referring to.

          Yes, and we have some comedians use a certain word all the time...but had a woman who has a T.V. show admit she used the word years ago and lost her show and most endorsements.

                      What I love about the video is how they have identified with their market.

                      It speaks to their heart and gut.

                      Their struggles

                      Their fight against "them"

                      Their chance to throw rocks at their enemy

                      Their chance to relive victories over their enemy/enemies

                      And have this all absorbed through the visual and auditory senses
                      is just so cool.
