[help] Is this a good title for my Ebook?

Hello Fellow Warriors

Im on the verge of creating my first ebook in order to start building my email list(finally!), and looking at what my content is about and the goal i want my audience to achieve, here is the title I have:

"How To Find Out Why You Snore and Eliminate It For Good"

I think it doesn't read right...what are your thoughts and/or recommendations?

Here is what's in the ebook:

- The Truth on why people Snore

- 4 Easy to follow Videos that helps you test exactly why you snore

- Discover the 12 reasons why people snore and exactly why you may snore

- Major snoring solutions revealed for each type of snoring so you arent wasting your time, energy and money on the wrong solutions

Its a short ebook, no more than 15 pages, but i know it will help my audience when they come to my website and have no idea how to stop their snoring or why they are snoring in the first place.

Thanks for any help or feedback with this question!

The closer you can get to this the better,
because they want it gone and fast...

Snoring Gone in 5 Days or Money Back

A pill or something to cure it,
rather than read how to do it
is going to make the difference between night and day
    to your response.

    Best,
    Ewen

4 proven sleep medicine doctor's secretes to kill your snoring in 8 days.(I think thats perfect)

you can add otolaryngologists or just doctor instead of sleep medicine doctor's.
HEY please reply and tell me what do you think about this title and you can use this title for your book without hesitation, just tell me what you think about it.

I have a silly suggestion. Imagine a more "controversial" approach to "scare" them
      into learning more?

I don't know if your eBook includes information on sleep apnea, but you could incorporate how sleep apnea is generally mistaken for snoring?

Thus...it's possible their snoring could have deadly consequences if untreated?

      Here's an idea:

"Learn How Snoring Can Kill and Get Rid of it in X days....etc,etc."

Agreed. Tell the reader about the end result could be a better selling point.

Suggestion: address the "pain point" people have with snoring.

    Is it killing them?
Do they have to sleep in a different room than their partner?
Keeping them from having a good night's sleep?
Making them less effective during the day?

Also, use the google keyword tool to find out what people are searching for connected to snoring...looking it up right now...ok

    Snoring cures and remedies
    apnea
    How to sleep with apnea

...are the top three, so you might want to show this in your title somewhere (and use a subtitle, too)

    "Cure Snoring in One Night:
Five Secret Remedies to Fix Sleep Apnea for Once and for All"

    Or something alone those lines.

I would leave off the "Learn Why You Snore" part, even though it will be included in the book and just have the title be "Stop Snoring for Good."

Thanks for everyone's help with this!

After much thought, I was thinking about making this book a pop up on my home page.

And changing the angle of the book to a fear tactic built around choosing the right product for your specific type of snoring.

The Ebook is more like a short report now telling people there reasons for snoring through videos so they can get the right product for their type of snoring.

I don't know if I can post my site right here. If you saw the homepage this would all make complete sense.

It can be found at antisnoringreports.com

I'm re wording the report now but still need to revamp my title.

Thanks for everyone's help, and keep it coming please!

Disregard the last title I made. That's a headline for promotion and not the Ebook title.

People looking for information on the internet for snoring
      are mostly feebie seekers.

They have no intention to buy.

This is because they are in the
early stages of the buying cycle.

Compare a person who has decided they
want a device, pill, or specialist medical help,
these people are ready to buy.

If you have one of those for the buyers then you are tapping into people
who are willing to pay money, compared to the people you are going after.

It's a case of your business model hasn't been thought through properly,
not a magic headline going to save your ass.

      Best,
      Ewen

    Hi Ewen

Just wanted to reply to your comment real quick.
Looking at my analytics, people who normally land in the home page have reached that page through the search engines while looking for a snoring device. Not any specific product but snoring devices in general.

About 37% of the people who visit the home page purchase a product after visiting. Watching most of the traffic that goes there, I noticed how people go back and forth between devices trying to find which one works for them.

This book is a starting point for those people who need help with finding that solution.

I'm not trying to make a magic headline or bullet to save my ass, just trying to help the people who are having troubles with picking a solution who visit the homepage first.

The reviews work well for people who land, but I need to collect emails, so I feel creating this book will get a list going for me.

    Thanks for the message Ewen

      Wow 37% purchase is fantastic!

You say they are undecided which device to buy...
then help them with tips on how to decide by "this device is best for this condition/situation" kind of thing.

Leadpages will make it so much easier for you to
set it up using the most up to date highest converting
      pages.

      Best,

Well the plan is to help through my Ebook in exchange for their email. Videos are in it as well as which device works for their specific reason for snoring.

The material is made, I just need a title for the book.

    Thanks for your help

I think the headline is fine, just get rid of the "How to" as it over complicates the phrase.

"Find out why you snore and eliminate it for good".

    You could go further:

"Why you snore, and how to eliminate it for good"

I think you're on the right line though, nice and simple and not too tricky.

I'd go for something along the lines of "Embarrassed by your snoring problem? Fix it, forever!"

I've always thought that it's important to emphasize the nature of the problem. If your customer doesn't have a problem, he doesn't need a solution.

  • Sizzleld,

Some of the first suggestions with numbers in the title might work for you. Magazines have been using this strategy for years to get people to read. It is almost like a formula. Here is an interesting article on the topic.

In that case, this should be the idea - which snoring device - that's right in your headline!

      How about something like this:

Snoring cures that really work: Find out which snoring cure will end your snoring easily and for good

Sounds like you do have a good marketing funnel going.

I have a big problem with snoring. My doctor told me that it was definitely a matter of life and death in my case to wear a C-PAP machine. So dying from this is not just an exaggeration it is a serious fact. So you need to follow the advice of the people on this page and include this in the title of your ad.

Thought: Make sure you are legally covered on this topic. it is a very serious health risk and giving out bad advice may get you into trouble if you don't have enough disclaimers.

    Just sayin'

Agree with having a number in the title. Also, how about something related to leading a better life? People that snore also usually don't get a good night's rest, and much less the person sleeping with them.
