COPY WRITING

I am going through Gary Halberts "Hands On Experience" instructions for how to become a copywriter.

One of the steps in this program is to collect back issues of the magazines Cosmopolitan & The National Enquirer.

Can anyone tell me where to find online copies of these?

Perhaps even just an archive of the covers?

You could always visit the online Cosmo site where they republish some of their best articles (that were previously published in print form). Also, some issues of both magazines are available through Google play. If you want a print version, you could try a local library sale (depending on your location) as they are usually available at a reasonable price. Another location would be a second hand book store. Just put in a request for older magazines and ask the shop owner to call you if anything comes in. Those are just a few places to start.
