How do you sell Freemium?

Not software but rather my own consulting service. It's a new niche with new skill-sets and I need case studies and recommendations. When selling my B2B consulting service as FREE -- any specific keywords, phrases, etc, to consider when writing sales page to avoid positioning myself as cheap, time consuming, and crappy?

    Dear Mr. Man,

    First of all, let's set the record straight.

    I DO plan on making an example out of you, but in a good way.

    I didn't mean to alarm you with that headline, but I HAD to do something to get your attention, because I have something critically important to share with you and in just a moment you'll understand why I had no choice but to resort to such dramatic measures...

    ...Here's the story.

    I know of a unique strategy that's proven to increase sales in xxx industry by xxx% in less than xxx days. I want to implement this for you, 100% free.

    It'll only take me 15 minutes to explain the details in full. And not only will I NEVER ask you for a dime, but if you feel I've wasted even a minute of your time I'll give you $100 on the spot.

    There is one catch, and that's ONLY after I (accomplish whatever specific promise) that you let me use your results as a case study - because I plan on selling this same (product/service) to other, non-competing businesses for ,xxx upfront plus a % of profits that I generate.

    But in order to do that, I need a real life example. I don't have any case studies to use in this market yet because (your reason) BUT I have plenty of case studies and success stories from dozens of other business owners in (other niches).

    I've attached them to this letter for your consideration.
