What am I doing wrong? Pay day leads

Hey folks, been up and running now for 2 weeks, I've had lots of traffic an NO conversions.

www.TheInstantLoanFinder.com

I've also been trying to get with a CPA Network, but they all need $2,000 - $9,000 to setup.

I've already got HasOffers tracking for conversions..

Any one have some advise? I'd really appreciate it.

How are you monetizing your leads?

That doesn't really matter if I'm not creating the leads. But I have a few partners who monetize it.

I don't recognize the form. Is it a network or did you setup a ping tree?

The site looks generic and lacks gravitas.

Change the "Bad Credit? No Credit?" header to:

Bad credit or zero credit through no fault of your own?

People don't like to be considered bad payers or not to be trusted with money, it affects their self worth and esteem. By adding "Through no fault of your own" it transfers the blame for their social status to others and makes them feel better about themselves.

The "zero credit" works better than "No Credit" because when you see the word credit you unconsciously think of APR% and "zero APR%" is a little unconscious nudge to grease your sales funnel.

This rationalizes the conversion to themselves and also makes them more likely to click because of the "yes" agreement frame which is still in their mind as they read further.

Ditch the "How Much Cash do you Need?" it's ambiguous; "Need" and "Want" are different things. Replace it with "Amount required" It's a presupposition that they have already decided to proceed.

Replace "Get My Cash NOW" with "Pre Approve Application" to add a little curiosity to the process, but make the button a darker green (Traffic light green - it means "GO" to the unconscious mind)

Add a little border and some tactile shading to give it a little more clickability but change the font and size it looks really amateurish.

        First we believe.....then we consider.

What do you consider a conversion? Someone filling out your form? If so, get rid of the big graphic, and replace it with your form. Where is your traffic coming from? Perhaps it is just not targeted enough.

A conversion is when some one completes the application on page 2. The intro form is located on the right hand column of the page.'

Why get rid of the Graphic?

What percentage of your visitors are filling out the first page form? It's either your traffic or the fact that your form is completely overshadowed on the page.

Interesting. I had 3 form applications last month when I had less crap, and the form more visible.

I've got my AB split test running now, 1 shows the junk, 1 shows the full form.

I wonder should I even both with a midway form. Hrmm. Ill ABC split test then.

    A couple of things...

I've done quite of few successful campaigns in this niche... and one of the big problem is... standing out, being different, and getting notice.

I mean, seriously... there are a thousand and one of these "payday loan" companies all vying for attention... so it's essential that you don't lump yourself in and be "me too"

You GOTTA find a way to stand out and be different...

If you got to Google and type in "payday loan" you'll see that there are a ton of these sites, all vying for competition.

So, to be noticed you gotta be different.

If not, you just get lumped in with all the rest.

So, what can YOU do differently than the rest? if you can't think of anything now... what COULD you do differently?

Also, when someone lands on your site right now... it's kinda busy and I'm not real sure where to start.

I can tell you from feedback, testing, and real work results that sites like this...

    https://moneymutual.com/lp/instant-a...A&gclsrc=aw.ds

Those are doing well because they're simple to understand, they get attention fast because it's almost impossible to get distracted... and they lead the prospect down a simple path.

Do some "reverse engineering" and see what you can do differently, to help you stand out.

Also, a lot of these loan companies rely on simple, clean, clear, un-hypey pages... you may want to test out some toned down graphics/colors.

The font and colors look a bit amateurish and hyped up... with the bright yellow and huge fonts... compared to a more professional page like...

    One-Hour-Payday-Loan.com

Bottom line, you recognize something's gotta change... obviously with the low conversions you're getting.

Find the top players in your market, reverse engineer some of their design/layout... but try to stand out and be unique/different with your offer.
