Short Or Long Video Sales Page?

Hi,

I just wanted to ask you guys whether if you prefer a short sales video say anything that is less than 10 minutes or a sales video that lasts more than 10 mins?

Can you please tell me your reasons and have you split test the conversions?

      Just like different length copy works better for different products and markets, so do different length VSL's.

      The only guaranteed way to know is to test it.

    Time and length is relative. What is your product? What are its features? What is its perceived vs actual value?

    I'd watch a ten-minute video if the speaker really catches my attention in the first 5 seconds. But I usually lose interest at the 5 minute mark if you're just rehashing what you've already established in the first few minutes.
