What do you think the best copywriting acronym is?

I'm about to write my first sales letter and I'm looking for a good acronym (or overview) to help guide me through the process.

Is "AIDA" still the best thing out there, or have you found better? (Again, I don't necessarily need an acronym. I'm just looking for a concise guide that will give me a good overview of the writing process. Any sort of step-by-step approach would probably be very helpful).

Think of AIDA as the view from 30,000 feet.

There are numerous detailed outlines available that drill down further, but they all differ. (I've collected 18 over the years and no doubt there's more.)

In my opinion, though, your best bet is to model an already successful sales letter in your niche. An outline that works for one niche may not work for another.
