Recommend you be a bit more specific, what are you looking for? Letters mailed USPS? Online? Subject matter?

There are just too many high converting letters out there. Can you help us help you?

Just a thought, how about going to Clickbank, JVZOO, Clicksure, or HERE and research the best selling products and look at their sales letters. Really depends on what market your in ?

Market doesn't matter. I'm looking for breadth though...

This is just for my personal training. I find a learn the most simply by reviewing the sales letters, and don't want to be reviewing low converting sales letters unknowingly.

Surely someone has put together a collection of the highest converting sales letters over the last 20 years or so??

Low-converting sales letters written by modern, A-level copywriters can be a great source of education.

One good example is Gary Halbert's "600 pound high-school student" weight loss letter. It didn't do very well (according to John Carlton), but it's a veritable treasure trove of proven copywriting techniques.

Once you learn how to "pick apart" sales letters, you'll find anything the A-listers write extremely helpful.

  • Yes, Andrew just gave the best resource.

Lawrence's emporium covers the "best sellers" in just about every niche.

Not sure about high converting "letters" going back 20 years - although you may find them interesting and educational.

And for us who live and breathe in the wonderful world of copywriting they are fascinating.

But the "letters" that sold well 20 years ago may not sell us much today.

Yes, I know human nature doesn't change.

But over the last 2 decades copywriting has evolved and become more precise to entice, compel and persuade an audience to buy.

Get copies of these books which contain excellent sales letters:

Richard Hodgson's The Greatest Direct Mail Sales Letters of All Time

H.G. Lewis' World's Greatest Direct Mail Sales Letters

    D. Hatch's Million Dollar Mailings.

You should also get Halbert's Sales Letter Motherload if you can find it.

What are you hoping to do with this swipe file?

If you rewrite proven letter for your own product without knowing WHY it worked, your rewrite could bomb. You're better off getting a good course on copywriting.
