I have a untapped niche in mind and i would like to hire someone to help me create an ebook and website. How do you/can you copywrite an niche idea so that when you tell someone your idea, they dont take it an run with it. I am a newbie in internet marketing but i have about 3 good niche's that i KNOW would generate alot of income, with high keyword searches, and low adword costs. Thanks in advance for any advise. HOPE YOU WARRIORS HAVE A PROSPERIOUS AND HAPPY 2014!

    Hi Shelly,

You have them sign an NDA form so they can't disclose it or use the info for 5 years.

Contact me for a copy of the NDA I use and no obligation at all.

Are you asking how to copywrite an idea or how to copyright an idea? They're two different things, but from your post I assume you mean the latter.

You can't actually copyright an idea, which means if you tell someone about an idea you have there's nothing to stop them from using it themselves.

A lot of people get paranoid that writers are going to steal their ideas, but this rarely happens. I would only worry about an NDA if you are providing them with some kind of specialist information, not just discussing an idea.

How untapped is your niche? If there is nobody else making money off it, conventional wisdom will tell you it might not be a lucrative market. And if there are people who are doing well, your idea is probably not unique enough that you need to worry about people stealing it.

    Good luck with it.

    Tim.
