Taking Breaks every 90 Minutes will Improve Your Copy

Ever since learning about "The Power of Full Engagement" by Tony Schwartz at one of Eben Pagan's events... I've definitely seen and felt the difference when taking breaks during the day.

Every 90 to 120 minutes... I'll take an hour off... whether I'm at home, at a coffee shop, or at my agency.

After that break, I'm more focused and can think more clearly on the topic again.

Here's a really cool article on the subject of how 8 hour work days came about and why they're not very productive...

I know that a lot of writers have mentioned they don't work "regular" 8 hour days... but if you do put in a straight 8 hours... start taking breaks every few hours and you'll see the quality of your writing improve... guaranteed.
