Does anyone know how to write for the real estate niche?

Hi,

I have a real estate wholesaling company here in Atlanta that sells houses and I'd like to do some creative stuff with my marketing this year.

I need to hire a copywriter who can help me with two things:

1) My direct mail marketing strategy. (I send out postcards and letters to people who want to sell houses and I need someone who can tweak the ones I already have or help me come up with new ones that work better).

2) My online presence. (I have a website that list the homes I have for sale and I want to drive more optins. So I need someone who can help me write a compelling video squeeze page script that will force people who are investor buyers to join my buyers list).

There are a few more things that I need help with too but I don't want to go into so much detail right now. But I'm basically looking for a copywriter that I can hire to work with me on my new marketing plan.

Is there anyone here who has the ability to do this or do any of you know someone who does??
