I firmly believe that weight loss adds are fake as I have tried number of them and in the end what I got was disappointment.

Weightloss effortless tricks are all fake.

I mean, there might be some good ones out there but that's rare. You can't replace proper exercise and diet with that stuff. (or surgery lol)
