I don't know, but wouldn't risk that if I were you.

Why not try "straight shooter" or "no nonsense," instead. Come up with something original.

Find something original that also targets your prospect better.

So let's say your product is for experienced investors, you could call it...
The Wily Wall Street Veteran's Guide to Getting Even Richer

Or maybe you are targeting minor league hockey players 9-10 years old...
The Mini-Mite Guide to Winning More Hockey Games

Come up with a brand you can expand on:
The Mini-Mite Guide To Penalty Killing
    The Mini-Mite Guide To Goaltending

You can always put "BS" in the subtitle:
The Wily Wall Street Veteran's Guide to Forex Riches: No-nonsense, No BS Tips, Tricks and Insider Secrets to Dominating the Foreign Exchange Markets

    ...or some crap like that.

Even if there is no registered trademark, in the United States and many other countries a person or company that uses its mark to identify its goods or services can acquire common law rights in the mark.

You are better off never trying to play off a mark that someone else has developed, whether or not they have registered the mark.

No B.S. Marketing to the Affluent, No B.S. Wealth Attraction for Entrepreneurs, No B.S. Ruthless Management, No B.S. Time Management for Entrepreneurs, No B.S. Business Success, No B.S. Sales Success and No B.S. Direct Marketing are 7 No B. S. books written by Dan Kennedy.

That is his trade mark --- a name, symbol or design that a company uses for its products. It cannot be used by anyone else. You could be prosecuted for making money using somebody's good will.

I purchased a copy of his books recently.

Dan Kennedy is a highly respected affluent copywriter.

    A top copywriter!

Dan Kennedy once slapped down one of his best members in the No BS Marketing Letter for using "No BS."

And he's notorious for protecting his IP.

    Don't do it.

Heh. Whenever I read that with the two words run together, I hear "knobs" in my head.

And then my inner 13 year old takes over.
