What are the legal requirements for investment copy?
If you make stock market predictions or analysis in a direct mail piece or online copy, are there any legal requirements to include a disclaimer?
Edit: I should add that my client is not a broker and doesn't have a securities license. I know that there are strict requirements for those with a license.
