    Great point about hiring folks with disruptive personalities. That sole issue has been the downfall of many a good agency. Also like what he said about listening. But for a different reason that Matt mentioned...Since it's so easy to make marketing decisions upon our gut, as marketers, we often let our own opinions get in the way of great marketing.
